What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom aluminium profiles or new die development?

The MOQ depends on the profile design, alloy, surface finish, die requirements and production schedule. For custom aluminium profiles, we recommend sending your drawing or sample first so our team can review the technical requirements and provide a suitable MOQ.

How long does it take to design the die, produce trial samples and start mass production?

The lead time depends on the complexity of the profile, die development process, sample approval and order quantity. In general, the process includes technical review, die manufacturing, trial extrusion, sample inspection and mass production after approval.

What surface finishing options does Binhnam Aluminium provide?

Binhnam Aluminium provides multiple aluminium surface finishing options, including powder coating, anodizing and wood grain finishing. Surface color, coating type and finish requirements can be customized based on project specifications or customer standards. Metallic powder coating and certified coating systems are available upon request.
